The Millennium Champs contracts the experts to implement the program: the Peruvian NGO Pachamama Raymi, a team of experts originating from DEXCEL-International, which is an extraordinary consultancy company dedicated to Excellence in Development. Over the past two decades, DEXCEL has developed a methodology called "Learning from the best", better known as "Pachamama Raymi" (the Fiesta of Mother Earth, in Quechua, a native language of the Andes). It is this unconventional and innovative methodology that makes it all possible. Innovation, transparency and guaranteed success

It took innovation, or rather, a major overhaul in rural development methodologies, to make fast and lasting change possible, even in extremely isolated rural areas. A major part of this overhaul is total transparency on both ends of the process:

- The population receives a large percentage of the budget in cash and implements the program, motivated by "Pachamama Raymi". They even take many pictures of their plight and their progress, for all to see... on line!

- The donor -that's you- demands the results we promise, and checks out if we deliver. And we really hope you do just that. That's why we promote your village as your favorite holiday destination. If it appears to you that we didn't deliver, you'll get your money back. Besides, you can upload your complaint in Champ's Report and share it with others. That's how confident we are that you'll get what you pay for: a better world, starting with the village that you have chosen to adopt.
