What else do they?: The women dedicate much of their to household activities (such as child rearing, cleaning, etc.). They also help their husbands in the field.

Approximately, how many weeks (or months) per year do men work outside the community?: The men usually spend around 90 days working outside of the community, which corresponds with the dry season.

What are the principal problems for the community to (in order) to sell their products?: The principal problems are the poor quality of thier products and plagues (illnesses) that attack their plants and affect their harvest and the quality.

What are the best opportunities for the business (commerce) of the products of the community?: The best opportunities for the commerce of their products is improve the quality and to prevent plagues of their plants.

What institutions work in the community?: ANDES Plan Meriss INKA Ccaijo

What type of work (projects) do these organizations carry out?: ANDES is mainly involved in the training and support of improving the use of traditional medicinal plants and guinea pig farms. Plan Meriss INKA is working with several communities in the area to build an irrigation canal. Ccaijo mainly works with the community in the training of animal husbandry (large and small animals).
